Microsoft 365 (Office 365)

Office 365 is the total software package of Microsoft tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, OneDrive, Power Automate, and more.  Students are able to download this software on up to five personal devices.  *Note: As of 2022, Students are not currently licensed to use Microsoft Teams.

After graduation, your access to student e-mail and Office365 will continue indefinitely. There is one caveat, if you do not login to your account (check e-mail) at least once a year, our system will flag it as abandoned and it will be deleted, along with your network account (abc123) being disabled.

Adobe Creative Cloud

As an Adobe Creative Campus UTSA faculty, staff and students have full access to Adobe Creative Cloud—a set of applications and services that gives users access to a collection of software for graphic design, video editing, web development and photography.

Adobe is enabled/provisioned by your enrollment status at UTSA.  If you are registered for classes in a current or upcoming term (this is how they bridge the summer) you will have access to the Adobe Creative Suite.  As a graduating student (congratulations by the way!) Adobe access would end on December 9th for 2022, or May 10th for 2023 depending on your graduation date, as these are the semester end dates defined by the registrar’s office.

Cisco Webex Suite

Cisco Webex Suite is a video collaboration app available to the UTSA community that solves a variety of distance communication needs through its videoconferencing, recording, and sharing capabilities.

OneDrive for Business

OneDrive for Business provides cloud storage for UTSA students, faculty and staff. Files are accessible anytime from anywhere with an internet connection.

Malwarebytes Premium

Registered UTSA students are now able to download and install one copy of Malwarebytes Premium on their laptop or mobile device.
