UTSA provides a wide variety of Microsoft products to students, faculty, and staff, including Windows 11, Office 365, and Copilot.

Office 365 is the total software package of Microsoft tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, OneDrive, Power Automate, and more.  Students, faculty and staff are able to download this software on up to five personal devices. 

*Note: Students are not currently licensed to use Microsoft Teams.

 

 

How do I access Office 365 applications?  

Students:

After graduation, your access to student e-mail and Office365 will continue indefinitely. However, if you do not login to your account (check e-mail) at least once per year, our system will flag it as abandoned and it will be deleted, along with your network account (abc123) being disabled.
