In addition to our Cisco-based telephony services, UTSA offers a range of supplementary communication services provided by AT&T, designed to enhance the university’s overall communication infrastructure.

 

SMALL BUSINESS LINES

For departments or areas with business continuity needs in the event of a campus telephone or network outage, we offer basic telephone lines with affordable rates.

 

800 NUMBERS

We can provide toll-free 800 numbers for departments, research projects, or student services to streamline communications with external parties.

 

DSL SERVICE

For departments or areas with business continuity needs in the event of a campus network outage, we offer stable, high-speed internet for everyday tasks like browsing, emailing, and streaming.

 

AT&T FIBER

For those who need faster speeds and higher bandwidth outside of the UTSA Network, AT&T Fiber delivers ultra-fast, gigabit-speed internet, ideal for heavy data usage, video conferencing, and high-definition streaming.

 

For assistance with any of the features or services outlined here, or if you need to report an issue, please submit your request or issue via the UTS Self Service Portal. All service requests must be submitted by the authorized department/unit head or their administrative designees. Requests submitted by end users are considered unauthorized and will be closed out without notification.
