NOTE FOR STUDENTS 8/19 @ 11:25 AM: The passphrase portal is not yet operational for student use.

We recognize how important it is for our users to have a smooth computing experience and reliable access to university systems and services. This FAQ addresses some of the most common questions and issues that may arise as you resume access to the UT San Antonio environment.

As we continue to bring up critical systems, the process of resetting a UTSA passphrase and getting back in to the university technology environment will become easier and more reliable. Please wait until you are notified to reset your passphrase.

If you are a student worker looking for information about your utsa.edu account, please also consult the Faculty/Staff technology FAQ.

Additional support is available at all Tech Café locations and by phone.
