We recognize how important it is for our users to have a smooth computing experience and reliable access to university systems and services. This FAQ addresses some of the most common questions and issues that may arise as you resume access to the UT San Antonio environment.

As we continue to bring up critical systems, the process of resetting a UTSA passphrase and getting back in to the university technology environment will become easier and more reliable.
