FEBRUARY 28, 2022 — Editor’s note: The following message was sent today via email to all students:
Last March we conducted the university’s first Student Experience Survey to gather your perspectives and suggestions regarding your experiences as UTSA students. We are writing to provide you with the survey results and let you know about an upcoming opportunity for further discussion.
We invite you to review the high-level responses for a glimpse into what your fellow students see as UTSA’s strengths and areas of opportunity.
Over the fall, our leadership team reviewed the responses and student experience data. This semester we have been sharing the data with student groups, including the Student Government Association and the Presidential Student Advisory Council, with further group meetings occurring in March. In addition, we wanted to give the entire student body a chance to hear more about the survey results at an upcoming virtual town hall.
During the town hall, a representative from our survey partner ModernThink will join us to offer additional insights and context regarding the results, and to answer your questions. This event will be recorded and available for viewing at a later date.
Thank you, as always, for your engagement as we continue to take bold steps to advance the student experience at UTSA. We look forward to utilizing results from the survey to further enhance the student experience for now and years to come. Your voices are, and will continue to be, essential to this process.
