NOVEMBER 5, 2024 — Editor’s note: The following message was sent today via email from President Taylor Eighmy to all faculty, staff and students.
Today is Election Day, and I encourage you to exercise your rights and make your voice heard!
You can cast your ballot until 7 p.m. this evening. On Main Campus, you can vote at the H-E-B Student Union Ballroom (HSU 1.106). Our Downtown Campus community can vote at the Bexar County Elections Office located at 1103 S. Frio St.
You can also vote off-campus at any Bexar County Election Day Voting Center, and a full list of election resources can be found on the Bexar County Elections Department website.
After you vote, stay engaged with #RowdyVOTES for helpful resources and follow #RowdyVOTES and @UTSAEngaged on social media. To learn more about getting involved with on-campus voter registration and engagement efforts for future election cycles, explore our RowdyVOTES Community of Practice.
As I’ve shared many times before, I strongly believe that civic engagement is at the heart of our democracy. No matter your political affiliation, your voice matters. Don't let your voice go unheard. Vote!
