Downtown Campus Office Now Open!
Office hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

During office hours an Access Control Assistant will be in the office to receive service requests for keys, card access, programming, etc.

The Access Control Office is located in room number 160 of the Monterey Building.

General Information
Access Control is responsible for issue of University door keys, door re-keying, and access controlled by the UTSA Card. Door maintenance and keying functions for all other applications remains a function of Facilities Services.
