How to Reserve Event Space

Send an email to with the following information inluded:

  1. Name of event

  2. Description of event

  3. Dates and times of event

  4. Number of expected attendees

  5. Number of rooms requesting for event

  6. Names/Room Numbers of rooms requesting for event, if known

  7. Agenda/Schedule for event, if available

  8. Point-of-Contact (POC) for event (not person placing the request)

  9. Are you working with an internal UTSA department or individual to conduct this event?

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Hours of Operation

Monday - Sunday, 7:00am - 10:00pm
