UTSA Student Union Policies

3.10 - Unsupervised Children:

Consistent with UTSA HOP 9.13 regarding unsupervised children on campus, pre-high school age students must be supervised by a responsible adult while in the UTSA Student Union (UTSA Student Union ). High school age students may utilize the UTSA Student Union as long as they meet behavioral standards expected of UTSA students, are supervised by a responsible adult, or are accompanied by a UTSA student. Use of the UTSA Student Union by these groups is limited to public areas only.

High school age students found in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the UTSA Student Union or the UTSA campus. UTSA Student Union staff will refer pre-high school students in violation of this policy to their host groups or the UTSA Police Department. UTSA students with children in violation may be referred to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards.
