      Instructions for First Time Users *

      • Submit all of your event details by registering your event in RowdyLink.
      • Departments and organizations must have an account in RowdyLink to utilize the system.
      • You must set up a RowdyLink page for your department first.
      • Then CREATE AN EVENT on your page. By doing this, the event details form will be accessed.
        **Note: Click here for more information on how to create an event in RowdyLink.
         
      • If you do not have a department/organization page on RowdyLink, complete a Request a RowdyLink Page Form.
      • For additional questions regarding RowdyLink, contact rowdylink@utsa.edu.
      • Non-University users will use their email address to submit requests/event details.
