Welcome to The University of Texas at San Antonio, one of the fastest growing public universities in Texas and a proud member of the University of Texas System.

At UTSA, we believe the best way to prepare a student for the future is by offering an excellent education and valuable opportunities through our focused areas of research, academic excellence and international outreach.

Our programs centered on research, knowledge development, building leadership skills and participation in community service activities help students become successful in their chosen careers in addition to providing them with an exciting and enriching college experience.

Almost 29,000 students are preparing for their future in one of the university's nine colleges and the Graduate School. In all, more than 150 undergraduate and graduate degree programs are available.

UTSA consists of three campuses. The Main Campus is on 725 acres at the foot of the Texas Hill Country. The Downtown Campus is near the heart of the San Antonio business district. The Institute of Texan Cultures at the Hemisfair Campus and near San Antonio's famed River Walk, is a unique state museum and educational center featuring the cultural histories and traditions of Texas.
