I would like to personally let you know how much Disability Services appreciates all that Sally Bench and her staff have done in helping to put in place priority registration for students with disabilities (see email below). She and her staff have been wonderful about meeting with Disability Services staff in this long project to make this happen. As you can see, it just took place this week due to the wonderful collaborative and communication efforts that Sally has put in place and “lives” by!! Please accept my sincere gratitude to you, Sally and her staff in making access even better for students who register with our office. All my best!

Dianne, I wanted to pass along to you that priority registration for starting for the fall 2012 for our students who are officially registered with Disability Services. Everything is running smoothly for this first-time venture. If a student has a problem getting into the system to register or if an advisor calls asking a question we have been able to help them. The Registrar’s Office has been wonderful. I wanted to let you know that Sally Bench, especially, has been great to collaborate with us. She has held our hand through the process and we were very grateful to her. She trained our administrative assistants so that they would know how to input the attribute information into the system, helped us run the final report on March 27th , and she continues to allow us to ask questions.
