Assistant Director of Innovate Health Yale at Yale University

How did UTSA best prepare you for your future career?

“I was born in India and raised in rural Oklahoma. I came to San Antonio to teach after receiving my bachelor’s. UTSA's affordable and convenient M.B.A. classes allowed me to get my M.B.A. while working full-time. Not only did I receive great business knowledge, but I was able to meet and learn alongside other talented, hardworking individuals. UTSA's emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship helped me build tangible skills that I now use in my role as assistant director of Innovate Health Yale, a program in public health and social entrepreneurship at Yale University. I was also named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 in Education list for 2018 and am dedicated to ensuring educational equity for students globally.”
