Faculty Regalia
Faculty members taking part in Commencement ceremonies are asked to wear academic regalia.
Faculty Regalia Rentals
The Rowdy Campus Store is available to order your academic regalia for the Fall 2026 Commencement. The deadline for renting academic regalia is November 5th to guarantee delivery for use in the commencement exercises. You may order your regalia online Herff.ly/UTSA or in the Rowdy Campus Store starting December 1st.
Any orders placed after November 5th will be subject to a rush fee; the final deadline for ordering is November 16th. For faculty rental questions please contact the Rowdy Campus Store Maria Kunschaft.

Regalia Returns
Rented regalia may be returned to the Rowdy Campus Store located on the Main Campus or the Rowdy Store Downtown.
Please be sure to return your rented regalia no later than Thursday, December 24th.
NOTE: Regalia provided through your Dean’s Office should be returned to that office according to the schedule they have established.
