AAE Integration Sessions: Getting to Know Our Colleges, Schools & Areas
Deepen your understanding of the colleges, schools, and areas that advance UT San Antonio’s academic, research, clinical, and community impact. Through presentations from development officers, you’ll gain insight into each area’s work, priorities, and opportunities, including its mission, strategic priorities, fundraising initiatives, major programs, and engagement opportunities.
You’ll also gain a broader perspective on the distinct strengths across UT San Antonio while identifying opportunities to collaborate, share knowledge, and build stronger partnerships across AAE. The series is designed to strengthen connections across the division and foster a more informed and collaborative advancement team.

AAE Integration Session - Campaign 101

This session will provide a foundational overview of what makes a comprehensive campaign successful. Together, we will explore campaign fundamentals, including strategy and structure, phases and timelines, leadership engagement, the gift pyramid, and how we inspire transformational philanthropy through compelling cases and disciplined execution.
We will also examine how annual giving, major gifts, alumni relations and advancement services work together to build momentum to achieve campaign goals.
Most importantly, this session will reinforce that every area of Advancement plays a vital role in strengthening donor relationships and driving our campaign toward long-term success.
