When Johns Hopkins centralized undergraduate endowed scholarship awarding and reporting, success depended on strong partnership, leadership support, and campus-wide collaboration. This case study highlights how Stewardship and Donor Engagement and Student Financial Services worked together to implement a major technology transition that improved efficiency and stakeholder engagement. The result was a reduction in scholarship awarding time from eight weeks to five weeks,faster donor reporting, increased donor satisfaction, and greater student understanding of philanthropy’s impact. Learn how technology helped streamline critical fund management processes and transform scholarship stewardship.
