Each member of Advancement & Alumni Engagement completes the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment as part of our initial onboarding program. As a strengths-based organization, we have found that learning about our own strengths as well as the strengths of our colleagues has helped to enhance communication, engagement, and overall job satisfaction. 

Department Workshops

Facilitated CliftonStrengths Workshops will bring together cross-departmental teams to foster collaboration, strengthen relationships, and build a shared strengths-based culture. These sessions will support team development, enhance self-awareness, and promote trust and effective teamwork among colleagues.
