Registration is now closed.

For registered stduents lodging will be provided for students who are not local. Meals will be provided by the conference organizers. We encourage you to ask your department to help you with travel expenses. However, we can offer some travel assistance if necessary. Please see the Travel & Accommodations page for more information.

When you register, you will be asked if you are interested in presenting a research poster. Presenting a poster is not a requirement for attending the conference, but we do encourage all students who have been involved in research to bring a poster.
