Upon arrival in San Antonio, conference attendees should check-in at the Wynhdam Garden Hotel (see the Travel & Accommodation page).

The conference registration will begin at 3:00 pm on Friday, January 15th at the UTSA campus. Shuttle service from the Wyndham Garden Hotel to the UTSA campus will be available.
