Data Governance & Reporting Task Force
Charge
The Data Governance & Reporting task force will work to connect all campus units currently gathering data on sexual assault and misconduct incidents at the university, putting a data governance structure into place to facilitate data use across the university. This work will enable the university to better quantify trends and progress, improve consistency and gain clarity regarding required statistical reporting.
- Create data definitions, review business processes and integrate solutions to ensure coordination among all involved units
- Oversee implementation/adoption of Maxient software to manage behavior records across the university
- Use predictive analytics to inform decision making regarding approaches with the highest potential for prevention
