tech maintenance alert

 

Tech Solutions (UTS) will be performing standard maintenance to UTS-managed systems and services this weekend, from 5 p.m. on Friday, March 24 until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, March 26. 

In addition, beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 24 and lasting until noon on Saturday, March 25, UTS will be upgrading AppWorx to version 9.4.4. AppWorx users will need to manually update their client to the latest version. Click here for instructions

To offer the best possible service, we must regularly update and perform necessary maintenance on UTSA systems and networks. Some of these maintenance activities require that affected services be shut down or sustain intermittent service interruptions. While this work is essential, we also recognize that it may present an inconvenience to our users. We thank you for your patience as we work to provide a better user experience with technology services.
