Maintenance

To advance our technology services and provide the best user experience, University Technology Solutions (UTS) will be performing maintenance to several UTSA network and application services during the weekend beginning on December 19-20.

Starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday, December 19 and lasting until noon, scheduled maintenance and patching work will be performed on the UTSA Banner Student Information System.  During this timeframe, users will experience intermittent interruptions to Banner application services such as: Banner, ASAP, Xtender and Degreeworks applications systems. 

Starting at 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, December 20 and lasting until noon, maintenance and patching work will be performed on the UTSA wired and AirRowdy wireless network services at all UTSA locations.  During this maintenance, customers utilizing the UTSA VPN, UTSA wired and AirRowdy wireless network and telephone service resources may experience intermittent interruptions to their connected sessions.
