Dean's Excellence Awards
On Saturday, September 27, Dr. Jesse Zapata hosted the annual Faculty and Staff Excellence Awards dinner at his home.
Dr. Byongook Moon (left image), Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice and 
Dr. Karl Eschbach (right image), Associate Professor in the Department of Demography and Organization Studies received the Dean’s Faculty Excellence Award for demonstrating an exemplary record of research from Dr. Zapata.
The Dean’s Staff Excellence Award for excellent administrative skills, teamwork 
and leadership skills, and service record with significant contributions to the department, college, or university was presented to Jo Reyes, Senior Administrative Associate in the Department of Public Administration. Faculty award recipients received a plaque and a $400 check. The staff award recipient received a plaque and a $200 check.
Dr. Rosalie Ambrosino presented Dr. Zapata with a gift from the College of Public Policy's faculty and staff, thanking him for his years of service to the college.
