Welcome to the Laboratory for Stable Isotope Geochemistry, Department of Earth and Environmental Science, The University of Texas at San Antonio.  The state of the art Stable Isotope Ratio Mass-Spectrometry (IRMS) facility is used to obtain high precision, automated measurements of dD, d¹⁸O, d¹³C, and d¹⁵N of a variety of geological and biological materials.  The laboratory hosts a brand new ThermoFinnigan Delta^Plus XP IRMS operated in continuous flow mode and is coupled with two Elemental Analyzers (TC/EA and EA).
