New Banner Account
There are two different types of Banner accounts at UTSA: Web for faculty and Banner Web
- Web for Faculty -- (ASAP)
- SCT Banner Web for Faculty allows a faculty member to view, update and print selected information in the Banner database using Web technology. It provides access to a faculty member's schedule, a listing of students in each of the faculty member's courses, curriculum information about their students and the ability to enter mid term and final grades.

- Banner Web for UTSA Staff. Faculty may apply for Banner Web when Web for Faculty does not meet their requirements.
- Fill out the Student Information System Account Request Form
- Click here to to select your Banner profile. If you cannot find an appropriate profile that fits your needs, forward the form to the Banner Support Team, UH 1.216.
- Call Banner Support at Ext. 7801 if you have any questions.
Delete Banner Account
Use this form when a Banner user leaves UTSA or moves to another job that does not require access to Banner.

Use this form if you want to add or delete a profile to a user account

- Fill out the Student Information System Account Request Form. Put the words "Additional Profile" in the remarks section

ApplicationXtender, WebXtender, ScanXtender
- The Xtender family of software applications are used to create, access and manage document imaging.
- ApplicationXtender allows you to add notes or shapes to documents within an application.
- WebXtender allows the user to manage ApplicationXtender documents via the Internet.
- ScanXtender is the document scanning module for ApplicationXtender. A user can retrieve, view and process batches with ScanXtender.
