National Leadership

UT San Antonio is helping put Texas on the map as a cyber powerhouse and a leader in aging research and care. We are one of the few universities nationally to hold all three National Center of Academic Excellence designations from the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security, and the only one in Texas with an Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center designation by the National Institute on Aging.
