Submit items to UTSA online calendar

Are your department's events posted on the UTSA calendar? If not, contact your dean's office or administrative office and ask for the person who posts UTSA calendar items. Items can be posted anytime up to a year in advance -- advance notice is a plus for event attendance. Submissions are posted after a quick approval process. Keep in mind that submissions must be of interest to the greater UTSA community. Submissions must include date, time, location, name and brief description of event, contact person, e-mail and phone.
