Are you scheduling an event at UTSA?If you are scheduling an event at UTSA, remember that any outside group requesting to use university property -- buildings, outdoor spaces or parking lots -- must coordinate arrangements through the University Center Office of Events Management at the 1604 Campus and the Office of the Vice Provost at the Downtown Campus. The president has designated these offices as the only UTSA offices authorized to commit university property and to approve joint sponsorships consistent with the UT System Board of Regents Rules and Regulations (Series 80104). The two offices can provide guidance to assist sponsoring departments in planning and scheduling events. They also maintain a master calendar of campus events. For more details, see a checklist and the Handbook of Operating Procedures 8.5 and 8.6. More information: (1604 Campus) Anne Englert, Downtown Campus, 458-4155 or (Downtown Campus) Frank Salazar, 458-2411
