Most 1604 Campus addresses will change April 3

Most of UTSA's 1604 Campus will have a new address beginning April 3. UTSA offices using the 6900 North Loop 1604 West address will change to One UTSA Circle. UTSA offices with other addresses, such as the Downtown Campus, UTSA's Institute of Texan Cultures, University Heights and UTSA campus housing will not be affected. The location of One UTSA Circle is the circle in front of the Main Building. Street signs will be installed within 10 days. The U.S. Post Office will recognize the old address for at least 18 months. Offices should not order new stationery, labels and business cards until old supplies are depleted.

Materials Management will shred unwanted documents

Do you have old personal papers such as tax forms, bank statements and credit card statements cluttering your attic or garage? The Materials Management Department will arrange for a local vendor to shred these papers at the Central Receiving Warehouse on West Campus and then dispose of them. The charge is $5 per box, payable in cash to the vendor. The weight limit is 35 pounds per box, and only paper will be accepted with metal clips removed. Paper will be shredded on site. If there is interest, the service will be available at the 1604 and Downtown campuses. A date for the service will be set if there is sufficient interest.

Contact Frank Quest, 458-2781, with an estimate of the number of boxes you want to shred.
