The benefits include convenience (no checks to cash), timesaving (no waiting in line) and receiving an e-mail notification that the deposit is on its way to your bank. The turn-around time for the bank information to be entered in the Define system is two days. To set up direct deposit, download the form and fill it out (including office phone), attach a check with "VOID" written across it, and send it by campus mail to Dorothy Cheatham, Disbursements, JPL 4.04.26, 1604 Campus.
