Advising Mission:
As representatives of UTSA, the College of Sciences Undergraduate Advising Center (COSUAC) advocates for students and promotes graduation and retention by providing information, guidance, academic support and outreach to a diverse student population.  The COSUAC also adheres to the UTSA Advising Syllabus and its principles. 

Advising Vision:
COSUAC aspires to be an integral part of the growing College of
Sciences at UTSA recognized for its focus on students achieving personal and academic success to become life-long learners and productive citizens in a diverse society.                                                             

For academic advising, your first resource for help is the Advising Center! The College of Sciences Undergraduate Advising Center advises sophomores through seniors while freshmen are advised by the Colleges' Freshmen Advising Center (CFAC) MS 2.02.18 (210)458-5170.

   
   

The centralized office of professional staff advisors assists students with declaration of majors, creating & updating personalized degree plans, GPA concerns, graduation requirements, and referrals to other campus resources.

You can meet with a CoS advisor via 15 minute walk-ins, 30 minute appointments or any number of group sessions that we offer. Come by and meet your advisor today!
