Scheduling priority guidelines exist to ensure that university facilities are first made available to the university and to other groups as allowed under university and UT System Board of Regents' Rules and Regulations. Priority rules may vary from facility to facility based on building function, mission and funding source.
Academic space is first scheduled for academic and classroom needs. Classroom space is not available to be scheduled for non-classroom use until the semester census date on the 12th day of classes.
