Family Weekend is the perfect opportunity for families to reconnect with their students, meet other Roadrunner families, and mix and mingle with UTSA faculty and staff while attending the many free, fun events described below.

You can submit your 2018 FAFSA beginning on October 1. As a resource to you, the UTSA One Stop will be staffed on Friday to handle any questions you may have about the FAFSA process.
Don't forget your workout clothes, because you'll have full access all day Friday to "The Rec" - one of the most popular spots on campus! (Rules limit access to 18 and older, please.) UTSA RWC Access Form
The UTSA Welcome Center invites all Family Weekend participants and their students to come enjoy a student-led campus tour of one of the most beautiful college campuses in Texas. Get familiar with the UTSA academic colleges, student life and see our incredible Campus Recreation Center. Tours will be offered from 2-5pm.
Don't worry if you don't know your schedule yet - Walk-Ins are also accepted! We look forward to showing you our wonderful campus — Go 'Runners!
Just mention "Family Weekend" and enjoy a discounted lunch and/or dinner at the Roadrunner Cafe located on the Main Campus near Chaparral Village. The Roadrunner Cafe is an all-you-care-to-eat dining hall experience with several stations and food menu items from which to choose. Come eat like a Roadrunner! UTSA students can use their meal card or dining dollars upon entrance.
Join us as we kick off Family Weekend with an evening of outdoor, casual, fiesta fun in the UTSA Sombrilla. Hear from university leaders and enjoy a wonderful Mexican food dinner surrounded by mariachis and dancers. We will also announce our Family Association Scholarship recipients and our 2017 Family of the Year contest winner.
Friday, 6:30 - 8:30pm, UTSA Main Campus Sombrilla
Patrons may park for free, without a UTSA permit, in spaces marked as Faculty/Staff A, Faculty/Staff B, and unmarked commuter spaces from 5pm Friday (10/6) through 6am Monday (10/9), without risk of receiving a citation. Please do not park in spaces marked "24 Hour Reserved."
Tickets are required for students and any family members (4 years old and up) coming to the Fiesta Dinner. Tickets are only $5.00 per person. Seating is limited - advance ticket purchase is required through Ticketmaster.
Come and enjoy a movie on us with your Roadrunner! Students need to bring their UTSA student ID. We also will have free popcorn at all showings for students and their families.

Come with your Roadrunner to this Family-friendly UTSA Student Tailgate where we'll have FREE food, FREE non-alcoholic beverages, music, and so much more - come early, while supplies last!
Saturday, 2-5pm | Alamodome Parking Lot C - adjacent to Roadrunner Alley
Cheer on the Roadrunners as they take on Southern Miss! Families who purchase Family Weekend football tickets will be seated in the student seating section of the Alamodome. Family Weekend participants will enter the Alamodome through one of the student entrances and are welcome to sit in any available seat.

Special family pricing is $10.00 per person to sit in the student section.*
*Current UTSA Students do not need to purchase a football ticket. Admission to UTSA athletic events are covered under their student fees.
