Day O.N.E. @ UTSA - Orientation for New Employees

Part-Time Non Tenure Track Faculty members that wish to decline medical insurance at UTSA will not need to attend orientation. The department will need to provide the following:

• Waiver of Medical Insurance

• I-9 Form

• CV/ Resume

• Faculty Employment Acknowledgement Form

• Political Aid, Legislative Influence, and Standards of Conduct

Please send the information to Human Resources Attn: Day O.N.E. @ UTSA or via email to dayone@utsa.edu. Do not send documents that contain social security numbers through email.
