Summary
|
· Function: To plan, coordinate and promote client programs and activities. · Scope: Responsible for planning, coordinating, conducting, and
promoting client recruitment/orientation programs and activities. |
Duties
|
· Typical: 1. Plans, organizes, conducts, and promotes client programs and activities for recruitment and/or orientation to include informing clients regarding support services, financial support, counseling and consulting services, and/or other University services; prepares literature on client activities for distribution; schedules conferences and training seminars. 2. Acts as liaison with University departments, and the public. 3. Evaluates program objectives and makes appropriate recommendations. 4. Maintains records and employer database; participates in employer meetings; and submits required reports. 5. Performs other duties as assigned. · Periodic: 1.
Answer inquiries from other similar institutions. 2.
Serve on various committees as assigned. |
