Summary
|
· Function: To provide skilled knowledge in performing fundraising
for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. · Scope: Responsible for conducting
and facilitating research on individuals, private businesses, public
corporations, and philanthropic foundations and integrating data gathered
from various public and published sources into a computer system for
retrieval and analysis. |
Duties
|
· Typical: 1.
Coordinate
all aspects of the Roadrunner Club, including annual campaign and donor
solicitation up to $1,000. 2.
Responsible for the direct mail campaign, and member cultivation. 3.
Coordinate
special events, event hospitality, gift and benefit
fulfillment, and monthly newsletter. 4.
Responsible for all aspects of the Varsity Club. 5.
Manage the telemarketing
telefund. 6.
Identify,
cultivate, and solicit donors in identified donation ranges. 7.
Prepare reports
and manage database of all activities. 8.
Participate
in university events and fund-raising activities. 9.
Manage and
assist in the development and execution of targeted fund raising efforts. 10. Perform other duties as
assigned. · Periodic: 1. Coordinate
annual Birdies for charity drive, endowed scholarship appreciation dinner,
academic and all sports banquets, and other special projects/programs. 2. Razor’s

Education
