Hiring Matrix


A Hiring Matrix is an invaluable tool designed to assist the Hiring Manager in making a hiring descision. With this tool, you can objectively and more accurately assess and compare applicants qualifications.

The Matrix uses a scoring system that ranks referred applicants. This weighted matrix can become your ranking tool to determine who best meets the needs of your open position.

Please note:

The Hiring Matrix is an Excel spreadsheet that contains Macros. In order for he Hiring Matrix to function correctly, the Macros feature must be Enabled.

When accessing the Hiring Matrix, you should be prompted with the following:

Enable Macro Image

Select Enable Macros and continue to the spreadsheet.
