| Course Description | In this workshop, participants will learn how to navigate the Outlook
program. Participants will be exposed to the basic features that Outlook
supports, including email and the calendar. Participants will learn how to
set up an Outlook profile, which contains the information specific to their account. Participants will also learn the different types of email accounts supported by Outlook. Participants will learn the function of each of the default folders located within the Outlook program, including the Outlook Today. In addition, participants will surf the Internet within the Outlook program. Participants will be introduced to Microsoft Outlook Web Access, which allows employees to send messages from their UTSA email account from home or another computer. |
