CT0772 - Outlook 2003 - 2. Communicate Through Email |
| Course Description | In this workshop, participants will learn how to send and receive email
messages in Outlook. Participants will learn how to open and read and email
messages, and they will learn how to mark a message as read (or unread).
Participants will learn how to compose a new message, reply to a message, and
forward a message to another person. Participants will learn the three ways
to address an email message, including locating a colleagues email address
using the UTSA Global Address Book. Participants will differentiate between
email messages sent as carbon copies and email messages sent as blind carbon
copies. In addition, participants will learn how to open, save, and send attachments (or files) through email. |

After attending this workshop, participants will be able to send email
messages and attachments in Microsoft Outlook. |

| Course Audience | Employees interested in creating and sending email messages with Microsoft
Outlook. Participant must be comfortable navigating the Outlook program and
be familiar with the procedure for creating and sending email within Outlook. |
