                Contacts and Distribution Lists
Course Description In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the two types of contact information, the Global Address Book and the Contacts Lists, available in Outlook. Participants will also be introduced to the type of information that can be stored in the Contacts folder. Participants will practice creating contacts for individuals and groups (also called distribution lists). Participants will learn how to share contacts lists with other Outlook users
through email, and they will learn two shortcuts for adding names to the Contacts folder.

Objectives
After attending this workshop, participants will be able to create contact and distribution lists. Participants will also be able to use the information in the Contacts folder to generate meeting requests, tasks, and mail merge documents.
