CT0776 - Outlook 2003 - 6. Creating Outlook Tasks |
| Course Description | In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the two types of tasks
in Outlook, personal tasks and assigned tasks, and they will learn how to
create both types of tasks. Participants will learn the difference between
one-time and recurring tasks, and they will learn how to schedule both types.
Participants will learn how to establish a deadline for the completion of the task. In addition, participants will practice assigning tasks to a group, and they will learn what to do with a task that is assigned to them. Participants will learn how to send a report informing the task requestor of the progress of the assigned task. |

After attending this workshop, participants will be able to organize a personal to-do list and manage a group project by using the Task feature of Outlook. |
