SD0205 - Telephone Etiquette
Course Description This course is designed for anyone who uses the telephone as a communication device. It is especially effective for administrative assistants and secretaries who are ambassadors for their departments. Topics include: The power of perceptions - projecting a positive image; Techniques for: answering; holding; screening; transferring; placing calls; dealing with angry callers; taking messages. Participants will increase their effectiveness by using this valuable tool to their advantage.
