SD0208 - Partners in Customer Service-3 Sessions
Course Description This course is designed for those who are ready to meet higher challenges in serving the student as customer. This course focuses on building a service culture and handling more challenging face-to-face communications. Challenges to student satisfaction caused by system problems are addressed through creative problem solving and customer education. It is a must for those who are truly ready to go beyond the call of duty. Participants must attend all three sessions to receive a certificate of completion.
