| Course Description | This Administrative Support Toolbox Series class will provide an overview of the academic calendar, department functions, and student processes. Representatives will be on hand to present an overview of organization structure, student processes, academic calendar and department functions, process flow, and relative administrative support responsibilities and to answer your questions. This session is open to all staff. You may attend one or more classes. To obtain your Administrative Support Certification you must attend all five classes, Supervision, Financial Processing,Communication, Student and Academic Processes and Human Resources. Classes attended in the previous semester can apply toward the certification. |
