| Course Description | This is a two-part class that teaches participants how to identify the critical elements of a job as well as how to construct and conduct an in-depth interview to determine whether an applicant has the proper job knowledge and skills required to be successful on the job. Go beyond the "gut feeling" and get specifics by asking open-ended questions related to job performance and avoid problematic inquiries. This class is a must for hiring supervisors and those serving on selection committees. Participants must attend both sessions. |
