| Course Description | This course provides supervisors an opportunity to sharpen their supervisory skills by addressing sensitive issues in a case study format. Participants will analyze and discuss issues critical to effective supervision with a group of their peers. This session provides supervisors with ideas on how they can create and maintain a positive work environment. |
