| Course Description | This session, second in a supervisory series, will give participants an opportunity to analyze motivating factors in the workplace. It will guide supervisors in exploring avenues of working effectively with different types of individuals and in developing methods for encouraging average employees to higher levels of productivity. This session will also assist new supervisors working with "difficult" employees to create positive outcomes. Course Prerequisites SU 500 |
