| Course Description | This session, third in a series for supervisors, will help participants learn coaching skills to direct the work of others. They will apply steps to analyze what should and should not be delegated. Participants will explore roles, responsibilities and processes to determine the appropriate use of delegation. They will learn the levels of authority and responsibility and how delegation can be used as a powerful tool for developing others. Course Prerequisites SU 500, SU 501 |
