| Course Description | This class will present the Service Agreement in overview and detail. We will briefly cover the old ASA process and recognize the various payment requests. We will then cover in detail the information needed on the Service Agreement and take you through all the steps up to requesting payment. We will cover various topics in a sequential manner, to include: when to use a Service Agreement or a PO, when you may need non-US citizen clearance for your provider, signature authority, routing requirements, writing out your services and deliverables, documentation needed for payment, your 'ownership of the contract' and requests for payment. |
