The Common Reading Experience

The Common Reading Experience is a shared academic and social experience for all LC students.

Goals of the Common Reading Experience:

  • To encourage intellectual discussions in some of the following areas: diversity, leadership, self exploration, and social perceptions.

  • To provide a framework for students to connect to their experiences as a college student while creating a community in and outside the classroom.
